Brooke joined 1^st Priority Mortgage in August 2007 after her energy fueled her once small mortgage brokerage business, Anderson Funding Limited, over a 20-year timeframe. She brings her passion, energy, and customer-driven leadership to 1^st Priority Mortgage and is personally known for her ability to utilize a comprehensive strategic approach and personal accountability. She has implemented many of her proven methodologies into the daily operations at 1^st Priority, many of which tie to the satisfaction level of its clients and now represent Delivering the Home Loan Experience™ and creating Raving Fan™ of all stakeholders.  As a result of the collective hands of many,

Brooke’s commitment is also demonstrated by her professional accolades and community involvement. Named as one of Mortgage Women Magazine’s 2015 Women at the Helm of Top Mortgage Companies, Brooke has also served as 2015-2016 Chair of the Board of Directors for the Community Mortgage Lenders of America (CMLA), continues to serve on the CMLA Board of Directors, and as a Board Member on the LendersOne (L1) Advisory Board.  She previously served a public member on the New York State Board of Public Accountancy, as a member of Board of Trustees for King Center Charter School, and on the Board of Trustees for Hilbert College. Business First of Buffalo included Brooke as a distinguished member of its “40 Under Forty” list. Brooke is a graduate of Hilbert College & University at Buffalo’s notable Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
