Debbie Lack, Business Administration & Performance, Morgan Stanley

Debbie has oversight for the Business Administration & Performance teams serving Morgan Stanley’s Home Loans organization based in Coppell, Texas.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in December 2016, Debbie spent 30 years in mortgage lending in both the primary and secondary markets. She was at Fannie Mae for 12 years and Bank of America just shy of 18 years. Most recently, Debbie was Senior Vice President, Centralized Underwriting Executive where she had responsibility for managing operations across consumer lending underwriting. She was a member of the Executive Management Lending team for a number of years and was National Operations Support Executive, Business Support Executive, Consumer Operations Vehicle Servicing Executive and Centralized Operations Executive. Debbie has managed centralized support and operations teams in excess of 500 employees who served over 15,000 production teammates and partners. Debbie has also served as Executive Leader oversight of a 4500+ employee campus and has been selected to lead multiple initiatives serving a diverse organization and its community.

Debbie is a native Texan with a Business Degree in Marketing from University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of the office, Debbie is a history buff who enjoys getting out of the city on weekends and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
