Donna Collins, Executive Director, Head of Originations and Fulfillment, UBS Wealth Management Americas Banking Group

Donna is an Executive Director and joined the Banking Products organization in 2017 as Head of Mortgage Originations and Fulfillment.  She is accountable for the day to day oversight of mortgage operations and delivery of a best-in-class mortgage operation which consistently delivers high level of service and client experience while meeting quality, risk and regulatory standards.

Donna’s responsibilities include leading the Private Mortgage Banker teams located in Plano, TX; Jacksonville, FL and NYC, NY, overseeing all aspect of loan production and fulfillment activity to include vendor management.

Donna started her career in the mortgage industry in 1994 holding various leadership and executive roles in originations, fulfillment and operations support.  She has led projects to start specialized mortgage divisions, redesign processes and other high profile initiatives.

Donna graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Donna lives in Southlake, TX with her husband and golden doodle and looks forward to visits from their college age children.
