Pamela Dabbs, Chief Executive Officer, Gateway Compliance LLC

Pamela founded Gateway Compliance, LLC in 2009 and brings more than 35 years of mortgage operations experience to Gateway’s clients. She has served in executive roles with both banks and mortgage lenders and has garnered extensive expertise in both retail and wholesale business channels as well as across all loan program offerings from Agency and Government to Non-prime and Private Label products. The success of Gateway Compliance over the past 10 years has been due to Pamela’s awareness that “one size does NOT fit all” in the quality control and compliance arena. Gateway Compliance has earned an excellent reputation for the company’s exhaustive Quality Control services and communication of best business practices for its clients. Outside of the office, Pam volunteers as a resume counselor and executive mentor for unemployed and underemployed people across the suburban Atlanta area.
