Stephanie Gladden, Senior Vice President, Client Solutions, Valuation Connect

Stephanie Gladden has recently joined the Valuation Connect team bringing 25+ years of industry knowledge and key leadership experience to the growing Valuation Connect organization.

Stephanie will be responsible for overseeing the Client Solutions team, managing key account relationships and working with our partners and sales team to directly implement strategic and customized workflows to meet each lender’s needs. Stephanie’s reputation in the customer service space over her 25 years has earned her the highest respect and partner trust from all of the top lenders in the industry. This enthusiasm and customer first mentality she brings to the Valuation Connect team will be key to the growth of the Valuations division.

Prior to joining Valuation Connect, Stephanie spent her career at ATM Corporation of America under the leadership of Fran Azur from January 1993 – through the sale of ATM to Servicelink in 2007. Prior to that, Stephanie spent the first 7 years of her career out of college in 1987 with the same leadership team at Lender Service’s. Following the acquisition in 2007, Stephanie remained a key fixture in the Valuations division at Servicelink servicing all of the originations valuations growth, boarding opportunities, management of new products, and was key to the success and growth of each originations account from both a strategic, allocation and revenue growth management. In May of 2017, Stephanie was selected and attended the Leadership conference among the thousands of employees across all of the Fidelity entities.

Stephanie resides in Pittsburgh with her husband and three children.
