Yvette Gilmore is the vice president of Servicer Relationship and Performance Management in the Single-Family Portfolio Management division. She leads a team that manages the day-to-day relationships and performance of all Freddie Mac Servicers, as well as the teams that manage servicing policy, quality assurance, operational risk, portfolio management and business management.

Her team provides both the strategic direction and policies that guide the efforts to preserve homeownership across America and facilitate positive servicing industry change. These policies enable the execution of servicing products and programs that support the performance of the company’s $1.8 trillion Single-Family guarantee portfolio with an overarching goal of reducing credit losses and preserving communities through responsible loss mitigation and liquidation.

Ms. Gilmore is currently one of the leaders of Freddie Mac’s Reimagine Servicing Initiative (#Reimagine Servicing) that will, over a three- year period, modernize our technology, tools, services and processes to reimagine the way we work with Servicers.

A 23-year mortgage servicing industry veteran, she joined Freddie Mac in 2006 as non-performing loans director. Previously, she was vice president of collections and loss mitigation for IndyMac Bank. She also held leadership positions in default servicing at Washington Mutual, Aames Financial and Glendale Federal Bank.

Ms. Gilmore, recently named by MReport as a Top 25 Industry Leader and Influencer, holds a B.A. in communications from the University of California San Diego.
