Women Empowering Women (WEW) was founded to define and accelerate the change we want to see in the Banking Industry. We are a Council of 50 committed to developing a path forward for those climbing the ladder, and to advancing equality in the workplace.
We believe our efforts will improve the opportunities and future for all women in the Banking Industry by providing them with the tools, mentoring, and education they need to achieve their individual goals. We do this by combining generational insights, industry trends, and interviews with women leaders both inside and outside of our industry.
